Amit has over 20 years of experience spanning across finance and technology. Prior to joining Tanas, Amit was Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to  that Amit was with Hewlett-Packard and HCL Technologies. Amit has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Delhi University.

Andrei is a technology entrepreneur and business consultant with a strong academic background. He holds master's degrees in computer science and international business, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. His career began in software engineering at Motorola, followed by IT consulting for USAID. After his MBA, he worked at McKinsey & Co..

 

Gautam has worked with the Investment Banking team at Sapphire Professional Services in Mumbai, India. His experience spans cross industrials, consumer and healthcare. Gautam graduated from University of Delhi in 2017 with Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) and has cleared two levels of the CFA program.

Lalith has 22 years of vibrant professional experience across reputable institutions such as BCG, McKinsey&Company, UTC and the Tata Group, with a functional focus on Strategy and Operations. He has worked with corporates across Asia Pacific and the US on mission-critical initiatives and transformative projects. Lalith has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi University and an MBA from INSEAD

​Prior to joining Tanas, Mansi worked at Deloitte, where she spent one year in the M&A Strategy Consulting (Commercial Due Diligence) practice and two years in the Valuation & Financial Modelling team, gaining exposure across multiple sectors. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and completed her articleship at Ernst & Young in the Assurance (Financial Services) domain. She graduated from N.M. College of Commerce and Economics (2019) and postgraduated degree from Mumbai University (2021).

Prior to joining Tanas, Manang worked in Investment Banking at PwC, where he spent 3 years advising on fundraising and M&A transactions in the Healthcare and Pharma sectors. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and graduated from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 2020

Mohit has experience in investment banking, M&A advisory and alternative credit investing. Before joining Tanas, he worked at Catalyst Alts (formerly SC India), a joint venture with Samena Capital, where he evaluated opportunities across real estate, renewable energy and other sectors. Previously, he was with Nuvama Investment Banking, advising on fundraising and M&A in the Healthcare & Pharma sectors, and before that at Ernst & Young in tax and financial advisory. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and graduated from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 2018.
